Triptych: Tax Rage

So, i had no clue how to make this during the first week. These were my blocks:

1) you must express an emotion or mood without using human faces. Colour, body language, whatever you'd like, but no human expressions.
2)you can only use one color (but you can use several shades and variations of that color.)
3).let's see some good background work, eh? In at least one panel, make a detailed background. >:3

And the most wicked of all...

4) You must include tax forms and other paperwork predominantly in the largest panel (by size). If two or more panels tie for largest, do this in both/all of them.
